11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 7gl's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution.
13.1 7gl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority, in which case notice will be given as soon as practicable.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.
